Kristin Butveit

Kristin Butveit has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Director at The Climate and Environmental Research Institute NILU since November 2016. Prior roles include Section Leader of HR and Leadership Support at the Directorate for Emergency Communication, HR Manager for North & Eastern Europe & Africa at allnex, and HR Manager at Kongsberg Defence Communication AS. Kristin began a career in human resources as a Senior Personnel Consultant at Kongsberg Defence Communications AS and also worked as Department Head for Information and Organizational Development at Schibsted Trykk AS. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Sciences in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Oslo, complemented by studies at Agder Distriktshøgskole and Oddernes Gymnas.
