Michael Kobernus

Michael Kobernus is an experienced professional with a diverse background in logistics, project management, and editorial leadership. Currently working in logistics at Averitt Express since December 2020, Michael previously held the position of Project Acquisitions Manager at NILU, where responsibilities included developing project ideas and securing funding. Michael also served as Work Package Leader for the EU project ENVIROFI, focusing on environmental data services. Additional experience includes a role as Field Supervisor for the U.S. Department of Commerce, Editor in Chief at Nordland Publishing, and project management positions at various organizations, including Ementor and Getronics. Michael's educational background includes a PGCE from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Birmingham.
