Brian Stephenson

Brian Stephenson has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Brian began their career at Vergent Products as an Electronics Manufacturing employee from February 2008 to July 2012. Brian then joined Cargill, where they worked as a Crane Operator from July 2012 to July 2014. Following this, they served as a Construction Safety Specialist at Cargill for a year before transitioning to the role of Plant Lead from July 2015 to April 2020. Brian worked at Plateplus, Inc. as a Production Supervisor from June 2018 to April 2020 and later as a Plant Manager from April 2020 to March 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Manager at NIM Group since March 2022.

Brian Stephenson attended Fort Collins High School from 2000 to 2003, where they studied General Studies. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com in September 2019 and an OSHA Construction 30 hour certification from HP&P Safety Aurora, CO in March 2014.
