Jeff May began their work experience in 1986 as a Staff Accountant at Hogan Hansen, P.C. Jeff then moved on to Penford Products in 1988, where they served as an Accounting Manager until 1994. From 1994 to 1996, they worked as a Controller at Lebeda Mattress Factory and Fairtron Corporation, respectively. In 1996, May joined Kolberg-Pioneer, Inc. and held various roles including Controller, VP of Operations & Finance, and President until 2019. In 2020, they joined Astec Industries, Inc. as the Vice President of Finance for the Material Solutions Group, and in 2022, they became the VP & Corporate Controller at NIM Group. Throughout their career, May has demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategy implementation, and operational improvement.
Jeff May received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, where they studied from 1982 to 1985. Jeff further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from 1988 to 1994.
