Currently working at Niman Ranch, Russ holds the title of Vice President of Business Development and Vice President Prepared Meat, with previous experience as Sales Director National Accounts. Prior to Niman Ranch, Russ worked at Favored Beef Company as National Sales and at Gateway Beef as Sales. Russ Smoke is dedicated to supporting small independent family farmers and ranchers who raise livestock humanely and sustainably.
