Ka-Ying (Guy) Tam possesses a robust background in sales support and customer service, currently serving as the Sales Support Team Leader for Major Accounts at Nimans since January 2016, following a role as Sales Support Executive. Prior to this, Ka-Ying worked at O2 (Telefónica UK) for over thirteen years as a Customer Service and Sales Representative.
