Hatti Simpson

Hatti Simpson has a strong background in ticketing and digital management. Hatti began their career as a Box Office Administrator at the ADC Theatre, University of Cambridge in 2013. Hatti then moved on to work as an Operations Officer: Tickets & Data at Cambridge Junction from 2014 to 2017. Following that, they worked at Lyric Hammersmith as a Box Office Manager from 2017 to 2020. Most recently, they held the role of Ticketing & Digital Manager at Woolwich Works from 2020 to 2023. Currently, Hatti is serving as the Head of Ticketing at Nimax Theatres Ltd.

Hatti Simpson holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Theatre and Film Studies from Anglia Ruskin University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including First Aid At Work from Aphis Training & Services in 2015, Welcome Host Gold - Customer Service Training from Welcome to Excellence in 2015, Fire Warden Training from the Institute of Fire Engineers and Professionals in 2014, and PCI DSS Compliance from the University of Cambridge in 2014.
