Demitrios Pournarakis

Demitrios Pournarakis has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2019, they became a Co-founder and Biz Dev & Partnerships Director at Nimbata, a company that provides call tracking, analytics and insights for reducing CPA and improving marketing ROI on digital and offline channels. In 2018, they were an Adjunct Lecturer at Athens University of Economics and Business and a Lecturer at BCA College (BCA). From 2013 to 2018, they worked as a Marketing Analytics Researcher and Technical Project Manager at Athens University of Economics and Business, where they were responsible for the architecture, design and implementation of the new website. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at IBM as a Presales Consultant and IT Consultant, where they were responsible for configuration and setup of IBM Big Data Analytics offerings and acted as Deployment Manager, managing, coordinating and preparing monthly deployment activities.

Demitrios Pournarakis has a comprehensive educational background. From 2001 to 2006, they attended the Athens University of Economics and Business and obtained a BSc in Business Administration, majoring in Information Systems. Demitrios then attended City, University of London in 2006 and 2007, where they earned an MSc in Information Systems. From 2010 to 2012, they returned to the Athens University of Economics and Business to earn an MBA in International. Finally, from 2013 to 2017, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Digital Marketing at the same university. Additionally, they completed an Erasmus program at Brunel University London in 2004.

Demitrios also holds certifications from Oracle and IBM, including Oracle Siebel 8 Consultant, Project Management Fundamentals, and ΙΒΜ ILOG.
