Johannes Lerchen

Johannes Lerchen is a seasoned professional in the investment and recruiting sectors, currently serving as a Partner at Nimble, a boutique recruiting agency specializing in connecting start-ups and investors with top talent since May 2023. Prior to this role, Johannes held the position of Director of Investments & Venture Strategy at OneFootball from September 2022 to May 2023 and was a Principal at Mindspring Capital, where Johannes contributed to the founding team and focused on empowering tech ventures in the sports industry from 2019 to September 2022. Additional experience includes roles at Global Founders Capital, Personio, and Deloitte Digital, where Johannes worked as a Venture Builder.
