Vera Yan

Vera Yan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the legal and business sectors. As Co-Founder and Director of Nimble Activewear since February 2014, Vera has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Prior to this role, Vera served as a Senior Associate and Associate at Greenwoods & Herbert Smith Freehills from October 2012 to September 2016, where legal expertise was honed. Vera's career began at Macquarie Group, progressing from Summer Intern to Analyst between November 2009 and October 2012. Vera holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree, along with a Diploma of Modern Languages in Mandarin, from the University of Melbourne, completed in 2010.
