Jared LaPorte

Jared LaPorte is a mechanical engineer with a focus in manufacturing, currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing & NPI at Nimble. Previously, they held multiple roles at Tesla, including Sr. Technical Program Manager for New Product Introduction. They gained early industry experience through internships and co-op positions at The Timken Company and UTC Aerospace Systems, where they developed skills in quality engineering, supply chain management, and operations. At Nestlé USA, Jared managed production teams and implemented performance improvement initiatives. They also worked as a Sales Associate at Olympia Sports, where they honed their customer interaction skills.
