Steph Burgess

Steph Burgess, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), has extensive experience in recruitment and HR across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment at Nimble Approach, Steph previously held roles including Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Accenture and Head of HR at Gear4Music Ltd. Additional experience includes Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at The Bridge (IT Recruitment) Limited, recognized as one of the top five IT recruitment consultancies in the UK, and various consulting positions at Real Staffing Group. Steph holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Linguistics with Music from Newcastle University, completed in 2009, and attended St Aidan's and St John Fisher Associated Sixth Form from 2005 to 2007.
