Lauren Dachille

Lauren Dachille has a diverse work experience in the education sector. In 2016, they founded and became the CEO of Nimble, a company that empowers K-12 schools with AI-driven tools to identify and hire outstanding talent for their classrooms. Prior to that, they worked at StudentsFirst from 2011 to 2016, where they held the positions of Membership Engagement Manager and Internship Coordinator. In 2010, they were part of the Office of Human Capital at the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS), where they implemented a data-driven candidate screening process that was later studied by researchers and found to be predictive of classroom performance.

Lauren Dachille holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Development from Cornell University, and has completed a program with Y Combinator.
