Andrew Cox has a diverse and extensive work experience in the retail industry.

Andrew most recently worked at Nimble Gravity, starting in February 2022 as a Consultant and then transitioning to the role of Principal, specializing in Ecommerce and Digital Transformation in May 2022.

Prior to that, from May 2020 to December 2021, they served as the Vice President of Merchandising at Havenly. In this role, they were responsible for building out the merchandising function, increasing revenue growth, improving margins, relaunching the ecommerce site, and adding new strategic capabilities.

Before Havenly, Andrew worked at eBags from December 2018 to May 2020. Andrew held two roles during their time there. As the VP and Head of Operations, Planning, and Partnerships, they focused on increasing margins, reducing inventory levels, and improving logistics KPIs. Andrew also implemented inventory efficiency initiatives to reduce obsolete inventory levels and increase sales velocity. In their subsequent role as the VP and Head of Merchandising, they restructured the merchandising function and led a cleanup of a highly complex $150M ecommerce marketplace, achieving significant margin improvement and developing a category management strategy.

Prior to eBags, Andrew spent several years at Macy's, starting in 2014. Andrew held leadership positions such as Group VP, National Planning Manager, where they led the National Field Planning team and identified omnichannel assortment and inventory opportunities. Andrew also served as Group VP, Omni-Channel Divisional Planning Manager, where they created and launched an innovative business model for the Fine Jewelry division and achieved consistent growth.

Earlier in their career, Andrew worked at Saks Fifth Avenue as a Senior Divisional Planning Manager, Head of Demand Planning, where they were responsible for demand planning, forecasting, replenishment, and allocation. Andrew successfully increased revenue penetration and improved sell through by reducing inventory. Additionally, they worked at Marc Ecko Enterprises and Lord & Taylor in various roles, including Retail Brand Manager and Assistant Buyer.

Overall, Andrew Cox has a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency in the retail industry.

Andrew Cox holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Bucknell University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various fields.
