Junaid Jappie has extensive experience in operations and credit management, currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Collections Specialist at Nimble Group (Pty) Ltd since November 2016, where recognition includes being nominated as one of four finalists for the Bpesa award. Junaid's career also includes a role as National Credit Manager at Educor from 2011 to the present, Business Development Manager at creditworx t/a snyman and vennote from April 2010 to August 2011, Managing Member at Retro Debt Collectors T/A Retro Solutions from March 2007 to January 2009, and Operations Supervisor at TransUnion ITC from June 1999 to February 2007. Educational qualifications encompass a degree in Credit Risk from INTEC College, Credit Management from Lyceum College, and Cost and Management Accounting from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
