Quintin Nel has over a decade of experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Executive and Business Excellence Manager at Nimble Group (Pty) Ltd since November 2012. In these roles, Quintin manages projects aimed at improving process metrics and achieving financial objectives, spearheads digital transformation initiatives for call center communication, and leads the development of digital operations strategy. Responsibilities also include acting as a technical liaison for new product development, analyzing digital product cost statements, and optimizing operational performance. Previously, Quintin worked as Operations Manager, where responsibilities included meeting monthly targets, enhancing staff capabilities, and managing collections performance. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Alpha Collections from September 2008 to October 2012. Quintin's educational background includes attendance at Vredenburg High.
