Waheed Salie is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network administration and support engineering. Since June 2011, Waheed has served as a Senior Support Engineer at Nimble Group, where responsibilities include leading a team to cultivate a Customer First culture and ensuring high-quality service delivery through the Service Desk. Prior to this role, from April 2007 to June 2011, Waheed worked as a Network Administrator at SummerMobile, overseeing various aspects of network administration, including the management of servers, desktop systems, communications hardware/software, and office systems.
