Yuet Mei Khong has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Yuet Mei began their career as an Intern at DuPont Singapore in 1999 before moving on to work as a Graduate Student at the Institute of Bioengineering and Nanotechnology from 2004 to 2007. Yuet Mei then served as a Laboratory Officer at the National University of Singapore in 2007. Yuet Mei Khong joined Abbott Laboratories in 2008 and worked as an Associate Research Scientist until 2009. Yuet Mei then took on the role of Formulation Researcher at Abbott Laboratories from 2009 to 2010. Yuet Mei Khong continued their journey at Abbott Laboratories as a Senior Scientist/Group Leader from 2010 to 2012. Yuet Mei then transitioned to AbbVie, where they served as a Senior Scientist/Group Leader from 2012 to 2016. During their time at AbbVie, they also took on the responsibilities of a Senior Research Scientist from 2016 to 2022. Currently, Yuet Mei Khong is employed at Nimbus Therapeutics, where they hold the position of Director of Drug Product Development starting from December 2021 and then promoted to Senior Director Drug Product Development and Clinical Supply from April 2023. In their latest position, they are responsible for managing drug product development and clinical supply projects. Yuet Mei Khong obtained their PhD in Bioengineering from the National University of Singapore, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their MSc in Biomedical Engineering at Imperial College London from 2001 to 2002. Yuet Mei began their education by earning a BEng in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. Yuet Mei Khong also attended KYPMKL and MGS Ipoh, although there is no specific information available regarding degrees or field of study for these institutions.
