Esther Martin Palomino has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple sectors and positions. Esther began their career as the Head of Administration at NOVAMESA S.A in 1995 and then moved on to become the Director of Financial Administration at Mesa y Confort S.L. in 1997. In this role, they managed various departments and was responsible for budgetary control, financial analysis, and personnel and administration tasks.

In 2004, Esther joined Signet Armorlite, Inc. as the HR Director. Esther developed and implemented the HR policy, focusing on motivating and engaging employees to achieve organizational goals. Esther also handled compensation and social benefits, payroll planning, recruitment, and HR budgeting.

From 2011 to 2013, Esther worked as the Head of Marketing at TRAPSATUR Marsans Group. Esther developed marketing strategies, implemented online marketing campaigns, and built relationships with local and international partners to promote brand positioning.

In 2015, Esther became a Senior Talent Solutions Consultant at PEOPLE EXPERTS- CEB-SHL. Esther contributed to the achievement of business objectives by enlisting and retaining clients through HR consulting and technology services.

Currently, Esther is the Talent Manager at NIMGenetics Genómica y Medicina, a Spanish biotech multinational. Their responsibilities include attraction and recruitment, definition of the employee experience strategy, and coordination with academic institutions for a scholarship program.

Esther's earliest education is a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Management, which they completed from 1991 to 1995 at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. In terms of additional certifications, in February 2020, they completed the "Fundamentos de la gestión del tiempo" course from LinkedIn.
