Elizabeth Yanda is a skilled insurance professional with extensive experience in customer service and client relationship management. Currently serving as a Dealership Insurance Agent and Customer Retention Specialist at Nimnicht Family of Dealerships since February 2020, Elizabeth focuses on lead development, appointment scheduling, and tailoring products to meet customer needs. Prior to this role, Elizabeth worked as a Licensed Insurance Agent at Allstate from January 2017 to February 2020, where responsibilities included processing payments, reporting claims, and conducting policy reviews. Additionally, Elizabeth gained valuable experience as an Account Manager at GOLDEN ISLES BROADCASTING, LLC from September 2015 to January 2017. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Georgia Southern University, earned in 2014.
