Taras Maleyev

Taras Maleyev is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Nina.care since July 2025, Maleyev previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at UTURN from May 2023 to July 2025. As Chief Executive Officer and CFO at Sleeper from May 2020 to June 2023, Maleyev successfully established financial and legal functions from the ground up and drove significant operational restructuring to achieve 2x YOY profitable growth. Prior experience includes serving as Finance Director at Petcube from April 2014 to May 2020, where Maleyev built financial capabilities and supported international expansion and fundraising initiatives. Early career roles include Financial Manager and Economist at Firm INTREK LLC, contributing to financial projections and project performance for a leading engineering and construction firm. Maleyev holds a Master of Science in Finance and Investment from Durham University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Credit from National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
