Dean Thompson

Dean Thompson is a Senior Commercial Accountant at Nine since October 2021, having held various roles including Senior Business Analyst for News and Current Affairs and Business Analyst for International Acquisitions. Prior to Nine, Dean worked at Deloitte Australia from March 2019 to October 2021, progressing from Graduate Analyst to Experienced Analyst in the Audit division. Dean's career began at Sutherland Shire Council, serving as a Lifeguard and then Duty Manager from 2010 to February 2019. Dean holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wollongong, obtained between 2016 and 2018, and has further education with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
