Jonathan Andrus

Jonathan Andrus has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as In-Home PC Technician at Circuit City in 2008. Jonathan then worked as a Customer Service Representative at AT&T Mobility in 2009 before joining Forum Energy Technologies as a Level 2 Support Specialist from 2010 to 2012 and later as a Citrix Administrator from 2012 to 2013.

Andrus then worked at Centre Technologies, where they served as a Technical Consultant from 2013 to 2015, Lead Technical Consultant from 2015 to 2016, and Senior Technical Consultant from 2016 to 2017.

Since 2017, Andrus has been employed by Nine Energy Service. Jonathan initially worked as a Manager, Infrastructure and Support from March to October 2017. Jonathan was then promoted to Senior Manager, Infrastructure and Support and held this position until October 2019. From October 2019 to March 2022, they served as Director, IT, and is currently working as Vice President, Information Technology. In these roles, Andrus managed support personnel, infrastructure teams, and IT budgets. Jonathan also implemented various projects and technologies, such as server migrations, email migrations, and system consolidations. Additionally, they developed and implemented policies and procedures to address IT issues and improve efficiency.

Jonathan Andrus completed their education at Louisiana Tech University T.H. Harris from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Technical Diploma in Computer Systems Networking. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Port Barre High, where the field of study is unknown. In addition to their formal education, Jonathan Andrus has obtained several certifications, including the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft in May 2021, the Mimecast Certified Product Professional - Warrior certification from Mimecast in May 2021, the Mimecast Gateway Technical Specialist certification from Mimecast in November 2019, the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in September 2019, the VMware Certified Professional 6 – Data Center Virtualization certification from VMware in July 2018, the Certified Meraki Network Operator certification from Cisco Meraki in May 2018, the Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA - V) certification from Citrix in January 2017, the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional Windows Server 2012 R2 certification from Microsoft in May 2016, the Citrix Certified Advanced Administrator - XenApp 6.5 certification from Citrix in July 2013, the Citrix Certified Administrator - XenApp 6.5 certification from Citrix in May 2013, the CompTIA A+ Certification from CompTIA in March 2008, and the IC3 Certification from Certiport in January 2008. Jonathan also obtained the Mimecast Certified Product Professional - Gladiator certification from Mimecast in July 2021.
