Kate Midgett

Kate Midgett is currently the Vice President and Chief Organizational Excellence Officer at Nine PBS. Kate previously held the position of Association Director of Quality and Impact at Gateway Region YMCA. With a background in sociology and human resources development, Kate has extensive experience in program evaluation, organizational effectiveness, and continuous quality improvement. Kate has a proven track record of managing projects, leading teams, and driving revenue growth through data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking. Kate has also excelled as an Adjunct Graduate Studies Instructor at Washington University in St. Louis and has a history of conducting research and facilitating community dialogues on sociological issues.
