Vinay Khatu

Vinay Khatu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and private equity. Currently serving as a Partner at Nine Rivers Capital since June 2015, Vinay has also held the position of Founder Director at Alpheas Advisors Pvt. Ltd. since March 2011. Previously, Vinay was a Director at Cipher Capital Advisors, where the company was founded and the private equity and M&A practice was developed, along with leadership of the Technology practice. Vinay's career in investment banking began as a Manager at JM Financial, focusing on IPO advisory and structured transactions. Vinay holds an MBA in Finance from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Vishwakarma Institute Of Technology.
