Isabella Serg

Isabella Serg is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and business transformation. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner in the Digital sector at Nine since August 2022, Isabella previously worked at IBM from January 2017 to August 2022, where roles included HR Leader for Talent and Leadership, focusing on global talent initiatives for IBM Cloud and leading programs for the Security business. Earlier experience includes roles as a Talent and Leadership Partner and Business Transformation Consultant at IBM, collaborating with executive leadership to implement agile practices. Isabella's career began as an HR Consultant at Suncorp Group from January 2014 to July 2016.
