Jess Taylor is an experienced product design professional currently serving as the Head of Product Design for Publishing at Nine since September 2023, after previously holding the role of Principal Product Designer in the same department. Prior to joining Nine, Jess worked at THE ICONIC as Lead Product Designer from May 2021 to September 2023. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Deloitte Digital, where Jess progressed from User Experience Graduate to Senior User Experience Consultant between March 2015 and May 2021. Jess holds a Bachelor of Business Information Systems from Griffith University, completed between 2012 and 2014.
