Kyle Craft has diverse work experience in strategy, product management, and design. Kyle is currently the Head of Audience Products at Nine since November 2021. Before that, they worked at Deloitte Digital Australia from July 2019 to October 2021 as a Product Manager in the Service Design department. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Experience Strategist at Freelance from August 2018 to July 2019, where they worked with clients such as BP Australia and StayWell Group. Kyle also has experience as a Senior Experience Strategist and Experience Designer at 72andSunny from February 2018 to May 2018 and from March 2016 to January 2018, respectively. Additionally, they have worked in event marketing and partnerships and communications coordination roles at The Keep A Breast Foundation from September 2012 to November 2013 and from August 2011 to September 2012, respectively. Kyle has also worked as a Non Toxic Revolution Intern at The Keep A Breast Foundation from May 2010 to May 2011, and as an Operations Intern at Snake Oil Cocktail Company from September 2010 to December 2010.
Kyle Craft earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from San Diego State University from 2007 to 2011. Later in 2014, they enrolled in the User Experience Design Immersive program at General Assembly.
