Shin Takiguchi, CPA, is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Controller at NineDot Energy since August 2022. Prior to this role, Shin held the position of Director of Financial Reporting at Velocity Global, where responsibilities included managing the financial reporting process and leading IPO readiness efforts. Shin's career includes significant roles at Sema4, advancing from Senior Manager to Senior Director of Technical Accounting & Reporting, focusing on financial reporting enhancements and internal controls. Shin's earlier experience includes key positions at New York Life Insurance Company, where financial oversight encompassed two holding companies and several subsidiaries, and Ariake USA, Inc. as Controller. Shin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of San Francisco.
