In 2011, they worked as a Software Engineer at Foo and later freelanced as a Developer until 2013.

In 2013, Maroun joined SelfStir Limited as a Software Engineer, contributing to the development of an online feedback tool and gaining experience with SCRUM methodology.

From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Yaraku, Inc. as a Software Engineer, focusing on the development of a cloud translation management tool and integration with Paypal for payment processing.

From 2015 to 2017, Maroun worked as a Full Stack Engineer at SQUEEZE, where they played a significant role in developing luxury vacation home rental and short-term rental management services.

In 2017, they joined Everyst Stories and contributed to the front-end development of an online publishing tool and mobile reader application. Maroun utilized React, React Native, TypeScript, Redux, SCSS, Firebase, and Webpack in this role.

Following this, from 2006 to 2011, they enrolled at Université Antonine and obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Software Engineering.
