Christos Gkerekos

Christos Gkerekos is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in developing data-driven models and pipelines, currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Ninety Percent of Everything since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles at the University of Strathclyde from 2015 to 2021, progressing from Knowledge Exchange Associate to Doctoral Researcher, where Christos contributed to significant EU and UK projects focusing on ship performance and condition monitoring. Additional experience includes mentoring at CodeYourFuture and an engineering internship with Albamar Shipping, where data analysis was employed to enhance operational efficiencies. Christos holds a PhD from the University of Strathclyde and a Master of Engineering in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
