Łukasz Kucharz

Łukasz Kucharz has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Łukasz is currently the Head of Product at Ninety Percent of Everything (90POE), where they lead a team of 30 professionals in driving the development and delivery of solutions for crewing, fleet operations, and QHSE. Łukasz collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business value.

Prior to this, Łukasz worked as a Product Manager at Ninety Percent of Everything (90POE), where they contributed to the successful development of the OpenOcean Studio® maritime SaaS platform. Łukasz engaged users and stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring the platform met clients' unique needs.

Before joining 90POE, Łukasz served as a Lead Product Owner at Solera, Inc., where they coordinated and monitored the delivery of multiple products for the automotive industry and insurance companies. Łukasz also played a key role in scaling agile methodologies across teams.

Earlier in their career, Łukasz worked as a Product Manager at GreenSteam, focusing on developing a B2B saas platform for improving ship performance and reducing fuel consumption. Łukasz also gained experience as a Product Owner and Chief Officer at Offen Group, where they managed teams and focused on cargo operations and voyage optimization.

Łukasz began their career as a Crew Operator at PHOENOCEAN LTD. throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise and specialization in the maritime and shipping industry.

Łukasz Kucharz completed their education at Gdynia Maritime University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Sea Transport. Łukasz studied at the university from 2003 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Łukasz also obtained several certifications. Łukasz earned the Scaled Professional Scrum™ (SPS) certification from Scrum.org in October 2019. Łukasz further obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) and Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certifications from Scrum.org in November 2018.

Furthermore, Łukasz holds the certification of Master Mariner Unlimited, which was awarded to him by the Maritime Office Gdynia in November 2016. Łukasz also obtained a certification in Crisis Management from Hochschule Wismar in September 2015.
