Tim Weerasiri

Tim Weerasiri has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Tim started their career at KPMG US, where they worked as a Senior Associate, specializing in SaaS. During their time at KPMG, they developed national training material on ASC 605 Revenue Recognition and was involved in IPOs, public debt offerings, and acquisitions. After leaving KPMG, Tim worked as a Senior Revenue Accountant at Cornerstone OnDemand, where they implemented SOX and 10k preparation and contributed to customer segmentation initiatives.

Tim then joined Riot Games, a leading video game company known for League of Legends, as a Revenue Manager. Tim was responsible for managing all aspects of revenue and led a global revenue automation project. The company was later acquired by Tencent.

Tim's next role was at Victorious, a dynamic startup that raised significant funding and eventually pivoted into the fitness space before being acquired by Headspace. Tim held various roles at Victorious, including VP of Finance and Corporate Controller.

Tim later joined Enervee, a B2B SaaS company in the energy efficiency space. As VP of Finance, they built the finance team, implemented accounting systems, and created financial models and budgeting processes. Tim also implemented cash controls and conducted business line restructuring.

Following Enervee, Tim worked as the CFO of TeleSign, a telecommunications company. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Ninety.io, a company that emphasizes progress measurement and regular team meetings.
