Trevor Hough

Trevor Hough is an experienced professional in organizational development and clinical psychology, currently serving as an Organization Development Consultant at Hough Associates Ltd since January 2009 and as the CEO and Founder of Snapp360 Inc. since April 2016, where the focus is on enhancing people performance through a mobile application. Trevor also holds the role of Consultant Organisational Development Specialist at Ninety One since January 2010, engaging in leadership development and talent management, among other responsibilities. Additionally, Trevor has maintained a private practice as a Clinical Psychologist since 1998, specializing in psychoanalytic work with adults. Previous roles include serving as a Consultant Psychologist at Crescent Clinic and as an Organization Development Consultant at Blacklight Advisory Ltd. Trevor holds a B.SocSci (Hons) in Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and an MSc Med in Clinical Psychology from the Medical University of Southern Africa.
