Ameen Alfiza is an experienced academic and engineering professional with a strong background in telecommunications and optical networks. Currently serving as an Assistant Lecturer at Ninevah University since October 2021, Ameen previously held roles as an MSc student at both National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and Télécom SudParis. Prior experience includes teaching as an Instructor/Engineer at Ninevah University and working as an RF Test Engineer at LCC - A Tech Mahindra Company, focusing on mobile communication data analysis. Ameen holds multiple master's degrees in Optical Networks and Photonic Systems as well as Smart Telecom and Sensing Network, and a bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering from the University of Mosul.

Ninevah University
Ninevah University of (NU) was established in Feb. 2013 by parliamentary law No. 2/2014 issued on 3/2/2014. College of Electronic Engineering (CoEE) and the Ninevah College of Medicine (NCoM) was transferred from the University of Mosul and affiliated with the NU. Thus, the newly-established university has acquired two well-established and well-equipped colleges. However, the NU is striving for further developments towards excellence in teaching and research. Aims: As a newly established university, NU emphasizes completing the infrastructure, improving laboratories, and developing academic staff. Of major concern is to develop and update curricula and enhance student training in a way that leads to a more efficient education process and better linkage with industry.
