Currently serving as the Manager of Operations at Maxim Textile Technology Sdn Bhd since March 2024, Kalana previously held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Ningbo MH Industry Co., Ltd from April 2022 to January 2024. From August 2019 to June 2023, Kalana managed printing and operations at South Asia Textiles, following a role as Assistant Manager of Printing at South Asia Textile Industries Pvt Ltd from June 2012 to June 2023. Earlier career experience includes a marketing executive position at Textprint Lanka (Pvt) Ltd and an executive marketing and sales role at Textured Jersey Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. Kalana holds a Diploma in Textile Technology from the University of Moratuwa, completed in August 2002.
