Desman Chan is currently the Head of Fulfilment (Commercial) at Ninja Van, leading the commercial team for the Fulfilment Business unit since 2024. Previously, Desman served as the General Manager at JCEX International Logistics Co.,LTD, where from 2015 to 2024, they successfully established the Malaysia branch and enhanced product offerings for both local and overseas markets. Prior to this role, Desman was the National Sales Manager at Aramex from 2011 to 2015, focusing on corporate structure consulting and staff development. Desman began their career as an Account Manager at DHL Express from 2007 to 2011. They hold a degree in international business from the University of Technology, Sydney, earned between 1999 and 2003.
