Hari Budiarto

Hari Budiarto has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Hari started their career in 2013 as a Co-Founder and Owner of Good Willie Barber Shop. In 2017, they joined Sosial Bisnis Indonesia as a Forest Planning and Operation Associate, before being promoted to the role of Forest Planning and Operations Manager. In this role, they managed day-to-day operations remotely from Jakarta, ensuring smooth ERP implementations and compliance with FSC standards. In 2019, Hari joined Ninja Van, where they initially served as a Last Mile Assistant Manager, responsible for initiating and managing courier excellence projects and maintaining courier equipment. Hari was later promoted to the role of Last Mile Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining the last mile courier budget and improving quality on a country level. Currently, Hari serves as the Head of Operations Experience at Ninja Van.

Hari Budiarto completed a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management from the University of Indonesia in 2015. Additionally, Hari has obtained certifications such as Google Advanced Data Analytics Specialization, Google Data Analytics Specialization, Algoritma Data Science Academy, Data Analysis with Python from IBM, and Data Wrangling, Analysis, and AB Testing with SQL from UC Davis.
