Leonard Sin

Leonard Sin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and risk management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Regional Operations at Ninja Van since July 2016, Leonard oversees the department's financial and operational performance across the region, implementing process improvements and leading the development of operational products. Prior to this role, Leonard played a crucial part in launching Ninja Van's operations in Myanmar and served as a chief of staff to the CEO in a managerial position. Leonard's earlier experience includes risk management at Mapletree, where risk models were enhanced and investment decisions were reviewed, as well as internships at Marsh, State Street, and LTC LLP, focusing on risk consulting and financial analytics. Leonard holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the National University of Singapore.
