Anuja Singh

Anuja Singh has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on strategy, program management, and organization design. Anuja currently holds the role of Chief People Officer at Ninjacart since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Human Resources Consultant as a freelancer from July 2020 to February 2022.

Anuja also had significant experience at Wells Fargo, where they held the position of Vice President from September 2012 to December 2019. Their responsibilities included leading various roles across geographies and working on projects related to global location strategy, measurement, and digitization strategies.

Before joining Wells Fargo, Anuja worked at Standard Chartered Bank as Vice President - HR from August 2010 to August 2012. Anuja held multiple roles within the organization, including HR generalist for various businesses and supporting Consumer Banking-Risk in South Asia, UAE, Africa, and Pakistan. Anuja also played a key role in change management, retention, and organization design initiatives.

Anuja started their career at SAP Labs India as a Manager HR from August 2003 to April 2007. Prior to that, they worked at Hewitt Associates as a Project Lead from April 2002 to August 2003, where they focused on delivering large projects for clients in IT, banking, manufacturing, telecom, and NGO sectors.

Earlier in their career, Anuja worked at Compaq Computer Corporation as a Manager HR from June 1999 to April 2002. During their time there, they handled compensation and benefits, HR operations, and HRIS functions, and worked on various project-based assignments.

Anuja Singh completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at AMS College, Osmania University, Hyderabad in 1996. Anuja then pursued a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Strengths Finder from Strengths Finder Consulting and as an MBTI Coach from the MBTI Academy.
