Noopur's work experience includes holding various positions at different companies. From December 2016 to June 2019, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Ninjacart. Noopur then became the Chief of Staff at Ninjacart from July 2019 to March 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Corporate Development at Ninjacart, starting in April 2022. Prior to joining Ninjacart, they worked at HSBC as an Associate Vice President from May 2014 to December 2015. Additionally, they were a Summer Intern at HSBC in April and May 2013.

Noopur attended D.A.V. Public School from 1995 to 2005 for their high school education. From 2005 to 2009, they studied at Jindal Modern School Hisar, focusing on business and commerce. Noopur then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Dayanand College, which they completed from 2009 to 2012. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they furthered their education at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance and Marketing.
