Brian Lee

Brian Lee is the current COO at NinjaCat. Prior to that, they were with Gannett for 8 years, where they started as Senior Manager of Corporate Development and eventually became Director. In this role, Brian was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and executing investments, M&A, and strategic transactions. Brian completed over 20 transactions representing over $5B in transaction value, with a focus on Gannett's Digital and Broadcasting divisions in areas such as digital media, ad tech, social, mobile, and SaaS. Some of their notable transactions include the $2.2B acquisition of Belo Corporation and the $1.8B acquisition of Cars.com.

Brian Lee has a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Boston College, and they have also completed an exchange program in Business Management & Finance at the HKUST Business School. Brian is currently a high school student at West Windsor - Plainsboro South.
