Jonathan Guillem

Jonathan Guillem has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Jonathan started their career at Jonas Software as a Customer Support Analyst in April 2005 and gained experience in providing customer assistance until July 2010. Jonathan then transitioned to the role of a Software Quality Assurance Analyst (SQA) from July 2010 to August 2019. In January 2017, they joined Jonas Club Software as a Software Quality Assurance Team Lead, where they supervised and led a team in ensuring the quality of software products. Their most recent role is as a Quality Assurance Engineer at NinjaCat, starting in September 2019, where they continued to contribute their expertise in quality assurance.

Jonathan Guillem completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Information Technology Management from Ryerson University from 2001 to 2005. Jonathan later obtained a Software Quality Assurance and Testing Certificate from Centennial College in 2014-2015. Jonathan also holds additional certifications in Software Quality Assurance and Testing from Centennial College, obtained in May 2015, and in Joint Health & Safety Committee from the Ontario Ministry of Labour, obtained in November 2014.
