Robin Driver

Robin Driver is the VP of Customer Success at NinjaCat. Robin has over 20 years of experience in event management and marketing communications.

Robin started their career at RAD Consulting, where they were the owner. At RAD Consulting, Robin specialized in marketing communications and demand generation. Robin grew the customer base from 40 to over 200 insurers and pioneered the idea to create a year-round, virtual insurance briefing center.

In 2010, Robin moved to InterCall, where they were the Event Services Manager. Robin was responsible for managing day-to-day activities of event services team ensuring quality events from inception to event execution. Robin provided point of contact for escalation of issues ensuring they are brought to resolution and developed an event services strategy ensuring maximum profitability.

In 2015, Robin joined NinjaCat as the VP of Customer Success. In this role, Robin is responsible for leading the customer success team and ensuring that customers are successful with the NinjaCat platform.

Robin Driver graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Computational Mathematics.
