Paul Lipen

Paul Lipen has a diverse work experience. Paul currently serves as an Advisor at Polka Ventures, starting from February 2021. In 2013, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Belwoodfuel and is still in that role. Paul co-founded NinjaPromo in October 2017. In March 2020, they joined Duck.design as the Chief Business Development Officer. From August 2015 to March 2017, they were the Chief of Procurement at LEGION group of companies. In January 2015, Paul worked as an Assistant Brand Manager Marketing at Alfa-Bank (Belarus) until June 2015.

Paul Lipen completed a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Queen Mary University of London between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they attended Belarusian State University from 2013 to 2016, where they pursued a field of study in Business Management.
