Aaron Kinworthy

Aaron Kinworthy is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in public sector sales and business development. Currently serving as VP of Public Sector Sales at NinjaOne since April 2025, Aaron also founded and serves as executor for the Northern Virginia First Responders Scholarship Fund. Previous roles include VP of Federal Sales at Databricks and VP at ServiceNow, where notable achievements include multiple nominations for industry leadership and induction into President's Club. Prior career milestones include managing federal sales at Plexent and Corsec Security, as well as early roles at UUNET. Aaron holds a degree from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
