Aaron Kinworthy

Aaron Kinworthy currently serves as the VP of Public Sector Sales at NinjaOne, a position held since April 2025. As the Founder and Executor of the Northern Virginia First Responders Scholarship Fund since January 2021, Aaron has facilitated the donation of $175,000 to students pursuing higher education. Previous experience includes consulting at Creative Principle, LLC, focusing on go-to-market strategies in the Federal space, and serving as VP of Federal Sales at Databricks.
