Brittany Brown is a dynamic community engagement professional with extensive experience in community management and technical marketing. Currently serving as the Sr. Community Engagement Manager at NinjaOne since May 2022, Brittany creates engaging community-focused content and manages a customer-centric Discord server, along with a newly established IT leadership community. Previously, Brittany held various roles at Automox, including Technical Content and Community Manager, where responsibilities included community management and leading a technical marketing team. At Spiceworks, Brittany managed community delivery and advocacy programs, connecting IT professionals with vendors and overseeing the community brand representatives. Brittany's career began with internships in marketing and writing, leading to a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin.
