Hila Nir

Hila Nir is the Co-Founder and CEO of REAL, an innovative platform that enhances efficiency for real estate teams through centralized records and AI-driven insights, starting in January 2024. In addition, Hila serves as a Board Member at NinjaOne, contributing to the mission of simplifying IT management for teams. Hila's previous role as Chief Marketing & Product Officer at ZoomInfo involved directing marketing and product teams, focusing on lead generation and brand strategy. Hila's career also includes positions such as Vice President of Marketing at a business information company, Team Manager at Brooks-Keret, Senior Analyst at Giza Singer Even, and Senior Auditor at E & Y. Hila holds an M.A. in Economics from Bar-Ilan University and a B.A. in Accounting and Economics along with a CPA from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
