Jim Donelson

Jim Donelson is an experienced Project Manager and C++ Developer currently employed at NinjaRMM since November 2019. Prior to this role, Jim held senior engineering positions at various companies including Sonavation Inc., iS3, Inc., Command Software, and Results Technology, focusing on real-time embedded software development and implementing Agile methodologies. Jim's early career began with significant contributions at Interactive Intelligence, Logic Services & Support, IBM, Mylex, and Modcomp, gaining extensive expertise in software and hardware engineering, project management, and telecommunications systems. Jim holds a Certified Scrum Master credential from Scrum Alliance and has a strong educational foundation from Nova Southeastern University and Florida Atlantic University.
