Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at NinjaOne, Katee focuses on recruiting top-tier candidates for the Global Marketing Department. Previously, as Chief of Staff for The Mozart Group, Katee oversaw humanitarian efforts in Ukraine, developing strategies to enhance organizational impact. At Tanium, Katee progressed from Senior Recruiter to Director, Talent, Shared, & Enterprise Professional Services, where leadership in strategic planning and program management contributed to significant team growth and revenue increases in the Federal sector.
